Project Execution

• • We commit to regular communication and project updates throughout development
• • Changes to project scope may affect timeline and pricing, subject to mutual agreement

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you're responsible for:

• • Providing complete and accurate information about your project
• • Timely responses to our requests for information or feedback
• • Ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for the games being ported
• • Testing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes

Our Intellectual Property

Port Master retains all rights to:

• • Our website content, design, trademarks, and branding materials
• • Proprietary tools, techniques, and methodologies we develop
• • Documentation, processes, and workflow systems we create
• • General knowledge and expertise gained through project work

Your Content and Games

Regarding your intellectual property:

• • You retain all rights to your original games and content
• • You grant us necessary licenses to perform porting services during the project term
• • Ownership of ported code is addressed in individual service agreements
• • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide

License Grants

By submitting content through our website or services, you grant Port Master a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our operations. This license terminates when the service relationship ends, except for anonymized data used for improvement purposes.

Termination by Client

You may terminate services according to terms specified in your service agreement. Early termination may incur fees for work already performed or resources allocated to your project.

Termination by Port Master

We may terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make payments, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms our business reputation. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due, work in progress will be handled according to the service agreement, and both parties will return or destroy confidential information as appropriate.

Service Disclaimer

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of ported games

Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:
